Korja AI / Legal

Privacy Policy.

This policy explains the information Korja AI handles when you use the Korja iPhone app, our video editing service, or this website.

Effective October 14, 2026

Information we handle

Account information. Korja uses Sign in with Apple and Firebase Authentication. We receive an account identifier and, if you choose to share it through Apple, an email address. Apple may let you use a private relay address.

Videos and edit instructions. When you create an edit, we process the video, selected frames or reference images, your instructions, and generated results needed to provide the service. Your projects and downloaded results are stored on your iPhone. Media needed for cloud generation is uploaded for processing.

Usage and diagnostics. The app uses Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics to understand app usage and troubleshoot errors. This can include app events, device and app information, error codes, and job identifiers. If you enable notifications, we store a device token to send job status notifications.

Purchase information. If you buy or restore a subscription, Apple handles payment processing. Korja uses RevenueCat and Superwall to manage purchase status and subscription screens. We receive subscription status and related transaction information, not your full payment card number.

How we use it

We use this information to sign you in, create and deliver edits, maintain your projects and purchases, notify you about jobs when enabled, respond to support requests, protect the service, and diagnose performance or reliability issues.

We do not need access to your entire photo library to edit a clip you choose. Korja requests permission to add a finished video to Photos when you choose to save it there.

Service providers

We use providers to run the service, including Apple for sign-in and purchases; Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, storage, notifications, analytics, and diagnostics; RevenueCat and Superwall for subscriptions; and AI processing providers such as OpenAI and Higgsfield for requested edits. These providers receive the information needed for their role. AI processing providers may handle uploaded media and instructions under their own retention practices.

We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect people or the service, or as part of a business transfer, subject to applicable law.

Storage and deletion

Projects and downloaded results remain on your iPhone until you remove them. Cloud media for a completed or failed edit is available for up to seven days and is subject to a ten day storage cleanup backstop. Job records may remain for up to 90 days; some approval metadata may remain until the related record is deleted.

Removing a project deletes its local copy and, while online, requests deletion of its known cloud jobs. If the phone is offline, scheduled cleanup remains the fallback. Provider copies may follow a separate retention schedule. For account or data deletion requests, email support@korja.ai.

Your choices

You can choose which videos to import, remove local projects, disable notifications in iPhone settings, and manage subscriptions through your Apple account. You can ask us about access, correction, or deletion of information associated with your account at support@korja.ai. We will respond in line with applicable law.

Korja is not designed for children to use without the permission of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us information inappropriately, contact us.
